General questions & info

You must be at least 23 years old. This also applies to all additional authorized drivers.

Driving licence class B or class 3 and you have to have been in possession of your driving licence for at least 2 years, without interruption.

Yes. The minimum rental period is three nights in all seasons, providing you with maximum flexibility.

Yes, due to legal and tax issues, you can rent a campervan for a maximum of 30 days in a single booking. If you want to book for a longer period of time than 30 days, please get in touch with us for a special deal.

No, we do not limit you. With us, you can drive as far as you want.

Within the territory of the Baltic States (Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia), mileage is unlimited and already included in the rental rate. Enjoy your Baltic freedom.

When traveling outside the territory of the Baltic States, the average mileage included in the rental rate is 400 kilometers per night. For each additional kilometer exceeded, a charge of 0.30 EUR per kilometer will be applied.

Two drivers are free of charge and are always included in the rental price. If that is insufficient, you can add an extra driver or drivers for a fee of 10 euros per night per driver. Alternatively you can book Silver or Gold carefree packages which already have 3 or 4 drivers included. Any additional drivers must be booked online and paid in advance. Payments for additional drivers at the station are not possible. Besides, all additional drivers with a valid ID and driver’s licenses, together with a lead driver/renter, must be present at the station before pickup and signing all documents.

Yes, you definitely can bring your dog with you. If you don’t want to leave your faithful four-legged friend at home, you are welcome to take your small or midsize, well behaved dog with you on your trip. Why small or midsize? Sure, everyone has their own capacity, but for the sake of your well being, we don’t think it’s a good idea to travel with two labradors for an extended period of time in just 4M2, don’t you agree? Since we have to have the vehicle specially cleaned afterwards, we charge a one time fee, called a dog’s fee,” which is 79 euros. Simply add a dog’s fee in the section “Services” during your online booking. If the dog’s fee is not booked before a trip and we notice or trace unauthorized transportation of pets of any kind, it will be a violation of our terms and conditions; thus, a penalty in the amount of 500 EUR might be applied.

Our fleet consists of brand new, one- or two-year Volkswagen California models with a full factory warranty, and Volkswagen Roadside Assistance is available 24/7 throughout Europe.

We are offering VW California Beach and Ocean models in different trim levels and specifications. Our models have very fuel-efficient 150 and 204 horsepower engines. Because all our vehicles are 4×4, you are well prepared for any challenge or terrain you may face during your trip. The best part is that you can conveniently upgrade your California online in a way that suits your budget and travel plans the best. We have a large selection of optional rental accessories that will make your journey much more enjoyable and comfortable.

We totally understand that you would like to see the campers in person before you decide to rent them, but unfortunately, this is not possible. We simply cannot guarantee you such an option as our fleet runs on a very tight schedule and spends most of its time on the road. That being said, please feel free to ask for this opinion. If we have one on site, we will be more than happy to show it to you by appointment. To help you decide which model suits you best, we have very extensive information about each of our models on the VanBaltic.com website. This should give you a good idea of how our vehicles are operated, how much space they have, and which optional equipment may suit you the best. No. Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes or vapes, inside the vehicle is strictly forbidden. If you break this rule, we will have to charge you a 500 EUR fine to cover the cost of special cleaning and vehicle depreciation.

You have to pay for the necessary diesel fuel for your trip yourself. The vehicle will be handed over to you with a full tank, and we expect you to return the vehicle back to us with a full diesel tank too. If, for any reason, you cannot arrange it, don’t worry; we will do it for you for a reasonable fee according to our terms and conditions. AdBlue is on us. No worries. Please fill up the tank when a warning signal appears on the dashboard. Please keep the receipt or invoice that has to be issued to VanBaltic’s account, and we will refund you the expense if it does not exceed 20 EUR. AdBlue tank capacity is about 13 liters, which should be enough for about a 10,000-kilometer trip.

Of course. All our campers are equipped with ISOFIX. You can bring your own child’s seat with you or rent one from us, whichever option suits you best. We know that space matters big time, especially when camping with the kids and staff, so this is why we recommend renting from us a super space-saving, unique, and cleverly foldable Hifold or Mifold child seat and boosters. You will be amazed at how little space they take up when folded.

Absolutly. The longer you rent, the cheaper the rental price gets. If your booking is for more than 7 nights, you get a 5% discount on the daily rental rate. For all bookings longer than 14 nights, we apply a 10% discount. Bookings of more than 21 days receive a 15% discount.The best part is that you do not have to do anything to get these discounts. All mentioned long-term discounts are automatically applied to your booking and can be combined with other discount codes, vouchers, or coupons.

They do look similar from the outside, that’s true. However, they have a few very distinct differences. First, the Ocean models are more luxurious and better equipped than the Beach. The Beach, on the other hand, has more passenger space and greater transformability. The Ocean model has significantly more “bells and whistles,” for example, an electric pop-up roof opening, while the Beach model has a manual hydrolic one. On the other hand, the Beach has five passenger seats to the Ocean’s four. More information on each vehicle and its features can be found on our website or YouTube channel. Maximum driving capacity is 4 people in the Ocean models and 5 people in the Beach models. 4 adults can sleep in the Ocean as well as Beach. Besides, in the Beach you can even sleep 2 adults and 3 kids. There is nothing wrong with going for full capacity and even taking a dog with you, but please always be mindful of the limited space and its combination with the length of your trip. Anyway, if you are a couple, single, or a family with a small child or two, definitely try the Ocean; this true legend almost always delivers. If you are a group of four adults or, say, a family with two or three children, Beach might be your best bet. 

Yes, it does. All our California models come with a factory-installed diesel heating system, which is operated from the control panel inside the vehicle. This is a very efficient and cost-saving heating solution compared to the gas heating systems that other bigger campers have. We can assure you, if you are well prepared, you will feel cozy even at -20 outside. Before handover, you will be given a full demonstration of how the heating system works, or you can watch it on our YouTube channel at any time.

It depends on many factors, but you will be absolutely fine to go off-grid or wild camping for 3–4 nights or more. Beach models come with one leisure battery, and Ocean models even come with two, providing you with enough power for all your essentials and gadgets whether you’re driving or camping. The most important thing and the biggest advantage of our VW campervans is that their heating systems run on the same diesel oil as their engines. Since the diesel oil tank capacity is a whopping 80 liters and diesel consumption by the factory-built-in heating systems is extremely low, you can go completely off-grid for a very long time. Besides diesel, the heating systems require a small amount of electricity to run a fuel pump; hence, after a day or two, you shall check the battery charge level. If the battery is low, you can plug it into an external source, make a short trip, or simply run the car’s engine for 20–30 minutes in combination with turbocharge to get your battery full again.

Yes, both models are equipped with one bottle of butane gas, which is exclusively used for cooking, and gas hobs inside a van. Ocean has 2.75kg of gas bottles, while Beach has 1.8kg. With regular usage and consumption, assuming that you will be cooking or grilling outside too, one bottle can easily last up to a month or more in the case of Ocean and a bit less for Beach. Anyway, if you run out of gas, no problem; you will be able to find Campingaz gas bottle exchange points all over Europe. To make sure you are not caught by surprise by an empty bottle, we strongly recommend taking your own or renting a portable gas stove or grill, which you are welcome to use for outdoor picnics whenever the weather permits.

Inside the van, there are two 220 volt outlets. One is a 300-watt inverter socket that can be used for household electronics like charging a phone or PC at any time because it runs on a leisure battery. If you need more power, you can use another 220 volt socket, but only while you are stationary and connected to the campsite or any other electrical system by a cable that is part of the camping equipment list provided by VanBaltic.

All Ocean models come with permanent built-in fresh water and gray water systems that hold about 30 liters each. The Beach models don’t have a permanent water system built in, unless you add optional kitchen modules (Big or Small) under “extra services” in our booking system. The Big Kitchen module, which has two 12-liter fresh water tanks and 12-liter gray water tanks, is a great choice. If cooking is not your priority, you can opt for a compact kitchen module Small Kitchen that has 12 liters of fresh and gray water tanks. The best part is that all Ocean and Beach water systems can be used as outside showers by attaching the included hose and faucet. Unfortunately, none of the campervans have hot water systems.

Yes, you can. During the winter and off-season (December, January, and February), we offer only long-term rentals. The minimum period is one month, or 30 days. Unfortunately, it cannot be done in our online booking system. If you are interested in such a rental option, please get in touch with us, and we will gladly give you a price quote and our best deal. 

Booking, Changes & Cancellation

You have two options. The easiest and most convenient way is through our website, VanBaltic.com, by using our online booking system with live availability. Another option is to send us an email at [email protected], specifying all your requirements as well as providing us with your full details and contacts like name, surname, age, address, mob.phone number, email, number of drivers and travelers.

Yes. The minimum rental period is three nights in all seasons, providing you with maximum flexibility.

Our campervans can be booked for a minimum of three (3) and up to thirty (30) nights at a time. If you need more or less days, please get in touch with us. We are always happy to find a solution for you.

We are sorry to hear that all vans are busy for your preferred dates. If you are flexible or have the option to wait, just send us an email with the period of time in which you are interested. We will do our best to find a solution for you. If we can not help you right away, there is always a chance that someone will cancel their booking and a campervan will become available.

In normal circumstances, we need at least 48 hours, or 2 days, to prepare a campervan for a trip “according to your specifications.” If you need it sooner, please contact us at [email protected] or simply WhatsApp us at +371-27006162. Please keep in mind that the full rental price must always be paid prior to handover (pickup) and is payable in full at the time of making your booking. If payment is not received for whatever reason, handovers and the signing of a rental agreement will be impossible.

Welcome to Hotel California! That’s right. Our campervans are booked and charged per night. Similar to a hotel, you pay for the number of nights you spend at our hotel on wheels. We even have similar “check-in” and “check-out” procedures. Our pickup “check-in” takes place in the afternoons between 2 PM and 6 PM, and our drop-off “check out” is scheduled in the morning, between 8 AM and 11 AM. Between drop-off and new check-in, our staff does whatever it takes to make sure the van is ready for the next trip, spotlessly clean, and equipped exactly to your requests and needs. This is why we call ourselves “Mobile Hospitality”.

No, you do not have to pay a booking deposit. To make a binding booking and contract, you have to pay the full rental price online at the time of booking.

You can always cancel your booking by simply sending us an email at [email protected]. If you do it at least 60 days before your rental begins, we pay you back all money without any fee or charge. All money received will be transferred back to you using the same payment method that was used during your online booking. We will do our best to make the repayment as soon as possible, but please allow at least one week, considering there may be more than one bank involved in the card transaction.

We do understand that plans can change and you might need to cancel your booking. Also, we cannot allow another person to use your booking or reservation. Only the person who is named in the booking confirmation is able to enter into a rental agreement with VanBaltic.

If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the agreed start of the rental period, the cancellation is free of charge and you will be reimbursed for all payments made up to that point.

In case of cancellation of the reservation between 48 hours and 60 days before the start of the rental, the cancellation fee is 30% of the rental fee and 70% of the rental fee is returned to you in the form of a cancellation voucher.

If you have chosen the carefree package Gold at the time of booking and cancel your reservation between 48 hours and 60 days before the start of the agreed rental period, the cancellation is free of charge and you receive a cancellation voucher for the total amount paid or you can rebook the total rental money to another available period.

When canceling a reservation from 0 to 48 hours before the start of the agreed rental period, you must pay VanBaltic the entire rental price, including all additional equipment and service fees. All paid money will not be return.

Sure. If you need to make changes to your booking, please send us an email with your full name and booking number at [email protected] or call/whatsapp us at +371-27006162. and we will see what can be done. We are always happy to help if it is possible and doesn’t interfere with other bookings. All changes to existing bookings are subject to availability and an administration fee. For customers with a Gold carefree package this service is free.

You can only extend your rental if the campervan is available, no one else has already reserved it for the time you want to extend your trip, and you can arrange advance payment. Please contact us at [email protected] or +371-27006162 for more information. Don’t forget to indicate your booking number and name. This service is free of charge.

No, unfortunately, we can’t cancel optional services or extra accessories that have already been booked because we have to order them ahead of time.

Payment & Security Deposit

You can pay for your booking with credit or debit cards.  We accept only Visa and MasterCard. We apologize, but we do not accept bank transfers or cash payments. Payments are free of charge. We don’t charge a fee on your card payment.

To ensure that your booking is fully confirmed, you must pay the full rental fee at the time of online booking. After making the payment, you will receive an automatic confirmation of the reservation to the e-mail you specified. If the e-mail is not received, please contact us immediately.

If you have a voucher or gift card, just enter the code into the designated field at check-out before payment is done. The booking system automatically adjusts your price. If there is a balance, you can use it in the next booking as long as it is done before the expiration date.

No, we do not accept payments in cash.

Yes, unfortunately, we all understand that something may go wrong, especially with rental vehicles. This is why we ask you to pay a refundable security deposit before you can pick up the vehicle.

A refundable security deposit must be paid by credit card before pickup. We accept Visa or MasterCard. The credit card shall be in the lead driver’s and the person’s, who made the booking and siging the rental agreement, name. Bank transfers, debit cards, or cash payments are not accepted. Make sure your credit card has enough funds and that payment is not restricted by your bank’ s daily/montly limits.

A standard basic security deposit is 1200 euros. You can reduce it to 750 euros or even as low as 500 euros by choosing one of the optional carefree packages Silver or Gold. This can be conveniently done during your online booking.

The security deposit will be paid back to your credit card within 7 working days after the return of the rental vehicle and equipment, provided everything is in the same condition as when it was handed over and there are no additional costs, fees, expenses, or penalties due. If the GPS tracking system reports exceeding the maximum allowed speed by more than 20 km/h due to possible penalties and speeding tickets, we might have to hold the deposit for up to 30 days. Also, depending on the banks involved, it may take up to 30 days before repaid funds are actually shown on your card’s available balance. Unfortunately, we have no influence over it; please kindly check it with your bank.

We totally understand that nobody is perfect and that fines and tickets can happen to anyone. If we, as the owner of the vehicle, get them, we will either deduct them from a security deposit or invoice you. Since this requires extra administration effort and paperwork, along with a fine, we charge you an administration fee of 20 euros per incident or ticket to cover our costs and effort.

Pick up (handover) & drop off (return)

You can pick up a campervan at the VanBaltic rental station, at address Upleju Street 7, Marupe, LV-2167, between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Sunday, at the agreed time slot.

You and any additional driver(s) must have a valid ID or passport, as well as a valid driving license. Before signing the rental agreement, we need to check all original documents and make copies so we can attach them to the agreement. Also, you have to have a credit card to pay a security deposit.

Please keep in mind that the entire handover process, including the detailed briefing, van tour, paperwork preparation, and signing, could take up to an hour. Our vans are full of technology, equipment, and camping staff. Therefore, we cannot skip this important part. Also, we want to make sure you are all set, 100% ready, and have all the answers to your questions about how everything works and functions. To cut down on handover time and save your valuable time, we recommend watching our YouTube tutorial videos before pickup. By the way, these tutorial videos might be your best friend during trip if you realize you missed or forgot something during the handover briefing, and the best part is that they are accessible 24/7.

No. We value everyone’s time. If we can avoid it, we definitely do not want to waste our customers’ time waiting in line for a van. Therefore, depending on our schedule and how busy we are on that day, we will agree with you on a specific time slot between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. in which the handover is taking place. A few days before your trip, we will get in touch with you to confirm your exact time slot.

It depends on the schedule and actual return times in the morning. Sure, if your campervan is ready earlier and this doesn’t interfere with other bookings that day, we are always happy to help.

If you wish to pick up your van outside of regular working hours, let us know. We will make every effort to accommodate your specific needs if this does not interfere with other customers schedules or our operational maintenance plans.

Yes, we do. At the best thing is, it is free. We are located very close to the Riga International Airport. You are welcome to add “free airport transfer” under the section “services” during the booking. We will pick you up approximately 30-20 minutes before your scheduled campervan handover (pickup) time. If necessary, after the trip, we will get you back to the airport too. Please give us your flight details and itinerary, and we will try to allocate the best possible campervan pickup and drop off slot for your flights.

Yes, you can leave your car with us. It is free of charge. All vehicles left at our station are left at the owners’ own risk. We take no responsibility for your property damage or loss.

No, we do not offer such services.

You have to return your campervan at the agreed time to the VanBaltic rental station, at address Upleju Street 7, Marupe, LV-2167, between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m., Monday through Sunday. If something unexpected happens, which could affect your ability to arrive on time, you have to get in touch with us immediately and inform us about the problem and your new expected arrival time. If you don’t return the campervan in the scheduled time slot, it could have a knock-on effect on the next reservations, which could lead to penalties and extra costs. The size of the contractual penalty is determined by how many hours or days the return (drop-off) is actually delayed. Full details on contractual penalties can be found in our terms and conditions.

We take care of exterior cleaning and it is always included in the rental rate, no worries. Interior cleaning is a paid service and can be ordered online for a fee of 49 EUR. If it’s not ordered, you have to return a vehicle and all equipment in the same condition as received at handover, i.e., the interior must be swept, vacuumed, and wiped clean, all equipment spotless clean and dry.  We always evaluate cleanliness on a scale of 1 to 5, where 1 is perfectly clean and 5 is very dirty. If the vehicle is not properly cleaned or does not match our accepted standards, we will do it for a fee which size depends on the amount of work needed and it varies from 60 EUR to 150 EUR.

Absolutely. Please only note that automated car washes are not allowed, as awnings can be severely damaged. Please use hand wash car washes only. 

The vehicle should be returned with a full fuel tank. Tank capacity is 80 L. If this is not the case, we will have to charge you a penalty, whose size depends on the amount of fuel used. We charge a fixed 55 euros for up to 25% of the tank used, a fixed 110 euros for up to 50% of the tank, a fixed 165 euros for up to 75% of the tank, and a fixed 220 euros for 100% of the tank.

AdBlue is on us. No worries. Please fill up the tank when a warning signal appears on the dashboard. Please keep the receipt or invoice that has to be issued to VanBaltic’s account, and we will refund you the expense if it does not exceed 20 EUR. AdBlue tank capacity is about 13 liters, which should be enough for about a 10,000-kilometer trip.

To avoid additional charges or penalties, the portable toilet and both (fresh and gray) water tanks must be empty and clean before returning back to our station.

All new damages will be recorded and photographed. Full details of the damage will be duly added to the drop-off protocol. Depending on the size of the new damage, and especially in the case of substantial damage, we may lock your security deposit until we get a cost estimate from an authorized dealership. In the event of small or casual damage, we have a fixed price list, and normally it should not delay repayment of the security deposit to your credit card. Please be aware that you are contractually obligated to report to us any new damage immediately after it has been witnessed or noticed. Failing to report in a timely manner, or making an attempt to conceal it, may result in very substantial penalties.

Insurance, Damage, Accident

Yes, all our vehicles are fully covered by a liability insurance policy (OCTA) that protects you from third-party claims and a fully comprehensive insurance policy (CASCO). Please select one of our carefree packages, which determines the size of your deductible and security deposit. Your rental price already includes the Basic carefree package, which has a 1200 Euro deductible per claim and a 1200 Euro security deposit. 

Fully comprehensive insurance (CASCO) with a 1200 Euro deductible for insurance damage (claim) is always included in the price of renting. If you upgrade your carefree package, you can reduce the deductible to 750 Euro or even as low as 250 Euro. Please note that a deductible is not per rental but applies to each insurance accident or claim separately. Also, the deductible is applicable regardless of whose fault it was for the insurance accident or damage, whether it was your fault or somebody else’s. Damage that isn’t covered by insurance because of negligence, vandalism, force, or the wrong operation—especially damage to the interior, underbody, tires and rims, windows, awning, or pop-up roof—is not limited by a maximum deductible. The costs of repairing such damage must be borne in full by the person renting the vehicle. Also, in case of theft or total loss of the vehicle, your liability or deductible) will be 15% of the vehicle and its accessories’ total value. If the vehicle is stolen and you can’t return the original registration documents and/or keys, you will have to reimburse VanBaltic for the full value of the stolen vehicle and accessories. So please be very careful with keys and documents. Do not leave them unattended or easily accessible.

Your rental price already includes the Basic carefree package, which has a 1200 Euro deductible per claim. If you wish to feel more relaxed and reduce your liability, no problem. With us, you have the option to upgrade by selecting the Silver or Gold Carefree package. For 15 euros per night, the Silver package provides you with a 750 Euro deductible, and for 29 euros per night, the Gold package has just a 250 Euro deductible.

Call us at +371-27006162, WhatsApp, or notify us by email. If this is not possible immediately, you have to do it at the first opportunity, but always within 24 hours of the accident or damage taking place. In case of an accident, you must fill out the European Accident Statement form, call the police, take as many photos as possible of the accident scene and damage, not only to the vehicle but to any third-party property too, and record the names and contact details of all witnesses. Do not make any admission of liability to other parties, settlement offer, or other like offer. The statements, a police report, all information, and photos shall be sent to [email protected] as soon as possible. Failing to report in time or providing insufficient documentation will result in the application of a contractual penalty, and the repair or damages will be borne in full by you without limitation of liability. If there is damage to the vehicle and no other third party is involved or hurt, please contact us right away with a full report and pictures. After assessing the initial information, we will provide you with further instructions.

We really want you to have fun and enjoy your adventure to the max, but we also expect you to respect our campervans and everything inside them as if they were your own. Regrettably, some things, like the interior as well as all rental equipment and camping staff, are not insured. We completely understand that anything can happen, so don’t worry. Simply contact us at the first opportunity, tell us what happened, and we will certainly find the best solution to any problem. The sooner you get in touch with us, the greater is the chance to limit the loss and trouble for you down the road.

First, immediately call the police. Second, call us at +371-27006162. Take as many photos as possible of the incident scene and record the damage. Acknowledge all possible witnesses. Obtain their names and contact details. Do not make any admission of liability to other parties, settlement offer, or other like offer. The police report and your own report, as well as any additional information like photos and contact details of witnesses, shall be sent to [email protected] as soon as possible. Failing to report in time or providing insufficient documentation will result in the application of a contractual penalty and all costs being borne in full by you without limitation of liability.

Yes, we do. We are just 10 minutes away from the Riga International Airport, so we can make sure you hit the road as soon as you land at the Riga International Airport. You are welcome to order free airport transfer at the time of booking in the section “extra services”.  If you want us to pick you up at the Riga International airport and arrange free transfer to the rental station, just add this service under the section Extras and Services. If you also need us to drop you off there after your trip, no problem. Just add this service to your shopping cart twice. Please kindly note that free transfers are available 30-20 minutes before your scheduled pickup and right after your scheduled drop-off. Also, please kindly send us your flight details and itinerary.

Yes, we can provide free parking for your car for the whole duration of your trip at our premises. Please be aware that vehicles and any valuables inside them are left at the owners’ risk.

Yes, you can bring your dog with you. If you don’t want to leave your faithful four-legged friend at home, you are welcome to take your small or midsize, well behaved dog with you on your trip. Why small or midsize? Sure, everyone has their own capacity, but for the sake of your well being, we don’t think it’s a good idea to travel with two labradors for an extended period of time in just 4M2, don’t you agree? Please remember that when you are traveling with a dog, it’s important to protect the seats and the dog’s sleeping area from dirt and debris. Dogs are not allowed in the pop-up roof bed. Also, the master is always responsible for possible damage to the campervan interior or exterior as the result of the dog’s bad behavior, habits, and hygiene. Since we have to have the vehicle specially cleaned afterwards, we charge a one time fee, called a dog’s fee, which is 79 euros. Simply add a dog’s fee in the section “Services” during your online booking. If the dog’s fee is not booked before a trip and we notice or trace unauthorized transportation of pets of any kind, it will be a violation of our terms and conditions; thus, a penalty in the amount of 500 EUR might be applied.

The great thing about VanBaltic is that two drivers are always included in the price. With us, you don’t have to pay for the second driver. Chill out and allow someone else to drive too. If two drivers are not enough, no problem; you can add more, but only at the time of booking. The extra driver fee is 10 EUR per night per driver and shall be paid in advance. All drivers must have a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years and be at least 23 years old. Another restriction is a maximum of five drivers for VW California Beach models and a maximum of four for Ocean models.

Absolutely! All of VW’s California campervans can be equipped with a bike rack that can safely accommodate up to four bikes. We are offering an ingenious Thule bike rack that is mounted on the tow bar in the back and that allows free and easy access to the rear trunk of the van while it is fully loaded. If you need extra space for luggage, on a bike rack we can install a 300-liter cargo box that can carry up to 50 kg of your oversized luggage, and there is still space for one bike. To make it possible, you need the proper kitchen gear which we call the Big Kitchen. For a fee of just 15 EUR per night, we can transform your Beach into a rolling restaurant. We will install on the rear pull-out in the boot an exclusive, fully equipped kitchen unit with a built-in sink, a premium two-burner gas stove, 24-liter fresh and 12 -liter gray water tanks, and plenty of storage space for all your goodies and yummies. The fridge can be installed in the lounge or on the same rear pullout, according to your needs. If that’s not enough, we can even add an outdoor shower, so you can splash yourself in the morning or after a dip in the ocean. It can’t get any better.

If having more space in the boot for your all staff is more important than your culinary requirements, we have a solution for you called a Small kitchen. We can offer, for a fee of 10 euros per night, to install a very compact “all-in-one” interior kitchen module with a sink, a 12-liter fresh and gray water tanks, a fridge, and a 1-burner gas stove that runs on quick and easy to install 227-gram butane gas cartridges. Another surprise from our true space miracle.

No matter how long your trip is, 3 nights or 30, we charge a one-time service fee of 79 euros for each booking. This fee helps us cover such things as customization of the van according to your needs, an exploratory briefing and full tour of the van prior to handover, filling up the vehicle with all technical liquids, free exterior cleaning, free camping and cooking equipment, a bottle of gas, 3 fitted sheets, camping table and chairs, a complimentary full tank of fresh water (if needed), and, last but not least, full support before, during, and after your trip.
