Yes, all our vehicles are fully covered by a liability insurance policy (OCTA) that protects you from third-party claims and a fully comprehensive insurance policy (CASCO). Please select one of our carefree packages, which determines the size of your deductible and security deposit. Your rental price already includes the Basic carefree package, which has a 1200 Euro deductible per claim and a 1200 Euro security deposit. If you wish to feel more relaxed and reduce your liabilities, no problem. With us, you have the option to upgrade by selecting the Silver or Gold carefree package.
Fully comprehensive insurance (CASCO) with a 1200 euro deductible for insurance damage (claim) is always included in the rental price. If you upgrade your carefree package, you can reduce the deductible to 750 euro or even as low as 250 euro. Please note that a deductible is not per rental but applies to each insurance accident or claim. Also, the deductible is applicable regardless of whose fault it was for the insurance accident or damage, whether it was you or somebody else. Damage that isn’t covered by insurance because of negligence, vandalism, force, or the wrong operation—especially damage to the interior, underbody, tires and rims, windows, awning, or pop-up roof—is not limited by a maximum deductible. The costs of repairing such damage must be borne in full by the person renting the vehicle. In the event of theft or total loss, the deductible is 15% of the total value of the vehicle and its equipment, as long as the original registration documents, keys, and remotes can be presented. If, after theft, you cannot present the original keys, remotes, or registration documents, you bear full responsibility for the full value of the vehicle, with any limitations.
Your rental price already includes the Basic carefree package, which has a 1200 Euro deductible per claim. If you wish to feel more relaxed and reduce your liability, no problem. For 15 euros per night, the Silver package provides you with a 750 euro deductible, and for 29 euros per night, the Gold package has just a 250 euro deductible.

In case of an accident, you must fill out the European Accident Statement, call the police, take as many photos as possible of the accident scene and damage, not only to the vehicle but to any third-party property too, and record the names and contact details of all witnesses. Do not make any admission of liability to other parties, settlement offer, or other like offer. The statements, a police report, all information, and photos shall be sent to [email protected] as soon as possible. Failing to report in time or providing insufficient documentation will result in the application of a contractual penalty and the repair or damages being borne in full by you without limitation of liability. If there is damage to the vehicle and no other third party is involved or hurt, please contact us right away with a full report and pictures. After assessing the initial information, we will provide you with further instructions.
We really want you to have fun and enjoy your adventure to the max, but we also expect you to respect our campervans and everything inside them as if they were your own. Regrettably, some things, like the interior as well as all rental equipment and camping staff, are not insured. We completely understand that anything can happen, so don’t worry. You can pay for your booking with credit or debit cards. We accept only Visa and MasterCard. We apologize, but we do not accept bank transfers or cash payments. Payments are free of charge. We don’t charge a fee on your card payment.
To make sure your booking is fully confirmed, you have to pay the full rental price at the time of online booking.
If you have a voucher or gift card, just enter the code into the designated field at check-out before payment is done. The booking system automatically adjusts your price. If there is a balance, you can use it in the next booking as long as it is done before the expiration date.
No, we do not accept payments in cash.
No matter how long your trip is, 3 nights or 30, we charge a one-time service fee of 79 euros for each booking. This fee helps us cover such things as customization of the van according to your needs, an exploratory briefing and full tour of the van prior to handover, filling up the vehicle with all technical liquids, free exterior cleaning, free camping and cooking equipment, a bottle of gas, a complimentary full tank of fresh water (if needed), and, last but not least, full support before, during, and after your trip.
Yes, unfortunately, we all understand that something may go wrong, especially with rental vehicles. This is why we ask you to pay a refundable security deposit before you can pick up the vehicle.
A refundable security deposit must be paid by credit card before pickup. We accept Visa or MasterCard. The credit card shall be in the lead driver’s and the person’s, who made the booking and siging the rental agreement, name. Bank transfers, debit cards, or cash payments are not accepted. Make sure your credit card has enough funds and that payment is not restricted by your bank’ s daily/montly limits.
A standard basic security deposit is 1200 euros. You can reduce it to 750 euros or even as low as 500 euros by choosing one of the optional carefree packages Silver or Gold. This can be conveniently done during your online booking.
The security deposit will be paid back to your credit card within 7 working days after the return of the rental vehicle and equipment, provided everything is in the same condition as when it was handed over and there are no additional costs, fees, expenses, or penalties due. If the GPS tracking system reports exceeding the maximum allowed speed by more than 20 km/h due to possible penalties and speeding tickets, we might have to hold the deposit for up to 30 days. Also, depending on the banks involved, it may take up to 30 days before repaid funds are actually shown on your card’s available balance. Unfortunately, we have no influence over it; please kindly check it with your bank.
We totally understand that nobody is perfect and that fines and tickets can happen to anyone. If we, as the owner of the vehicle, get them, we will either deduct them from a security deposit or forward them to you to settle them directly. Since this adds to the amount of paperwork we have to do, we charge an administration fee of 30 euros per incident to cover the extra administrative work it involves.
