Outdoor breakfasts and nighttime barbecues near the camper van. Sharing meals while camping is a great experience. We’ve provided some advice on what to keep in your camper van and how to store your food.

What should be in your camping kitchen

Our camper vans currently include the following features:

  • Two-flame integrated gas cooker
  • One flame portable gas cooker
  • 30 liter water tank in the sink
  • cooler with a more than 40-liter capacity
  • a pan with a lid, two cooking pots, and cooking tools
  • Cutlery and dishes for four individuals
  • Cutlery, a salad dish, a coaster, and a noodle sieve
  • chopping block and a good knife
  • scissors, a corkscrew, a vegetable peeler, and a cheese grater
  • Espresso machine by Bialetti
  • brushes, detergents, and garbage bags
  • Kitchen towel and a sponge
  • Spices

You ought to bring:

  • lighter or matches
  • Cutlery and a grill
  • Grill and charcoal lighter
  • open a can
  • Printed towels

You should always bring extra water, especially if you’re traveling through locations where the water supply isn’t completely reliable. It’s better to have too much than not enough in this situation! Water is used extensively for cooking, rinsing, and washing. For longer journeys, particularly when there is no access to clean water, you may optionally bring a canister in addition to our 30 liter water tank. On outings, you may restock your bottle from the large canister. Make sure the container is suitable for food!

Water from rivers or lakes should be boiled before use since microorganisms are unpleasant, especially when you’re outside. Special pills that rid water of dangerous microorganisms are sold at outdoor stores. Yet later, the water doesn’t taste all that great.
